Return & Refund Policy

DCN Products:

We want you to be happy with your DCN purchase! If something isn't quite right, you can easily return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase:

• A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

• The goods are undamaged & in the original packaging.

DCN products include the DCN Deluxe, Air mouse remote, Air mouse keyboard remote, and the Bluetooth remote. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

VPN's & Memberships:

We offer flexible plans that allow you to cancel your subscription at any time. This means no contracts and no cancellation fees.

• Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

• Annual Plans: If you cancel your annual plan within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a prorated refund minus a $8.95 fee for the first month of service.

Returning Goods

To return your DCN product, simply:

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

• We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as you're responsible for the item until it reaches us.

• Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages in transit.
